For Temporary Password :
Kindly check the registered email or your SPAM mail
to review and access your back office.
For Transaction Password:
You can retrieve the transaction password from your back office
by logging into your back office and clicking Profile >>
Forgot transaction password.
Please check if you have forgotten the security question,
you can proceed to the recovery of the security question on your login page
by clicking on Security Question.
For Password:
You can retrieve the password from your back office
by logging into your back office and clicking Profile >>
Change password.
Please check if you have forgotten the password
you can proceed to retrieve it on your login page
by clicking on Forgot password.
For E-Mail Change:
Kindly send us your KYC information below
so we can proceed with your request:
1) User Name :
2) Member Name as registered in your back office :
3) Registered (CURRENT) E-Mail ID:
4) Correct (NEW) E-mail ID:
5) Copy of passport / Valid ID (government issued ID) that clearly shows your name
6) Selfie of you holding your documents
Please note that we need all the information complete in colour
as we do not accept documents in Black and White or on Paper.
Note: If you have access to the username and password
you can proceed to update the E-Mail address from your back office under Profile >>
View my Profile (Click the green icon to edit)
